Light The Way Home

Every year, over 50,000 children are reported missing in Canada. That's an average of 1 child every 10 minutes. Together, we can help Light their Way Home.

Our searching families are faced with a terrifying reality every single day. Their unimaginable pain drives us to keep the active, front-line search going, and to show them that all of Canada stands by their sides.

Each May, our annual 'Light the Way Home' campaign aims to show searching families that we all stand with them in their hopeful search. Our Light the Way Home campaign also reaches out to Canadians with some opportunities to personally connect with our continued search for missing children.

Light a Candle on May 25th
The public is invited to join the country in lighting a candle at 8:00pm on the evening of May 25th, National Missing Children's Day. Through this simple act, all Canadians and their families can make a personal connection with the hope and commitment we share with searching families everywhere.

    Send a "Message of Hope"
We also invite the public to directly show your support for our searching families by sending a personal "Message of Hope". Your heartfelt and touching messages are collected and shared with our searching families as a show of your support in their continued search.
