Investigation

Professionals on the Frontline

MCSC is the only non-profit organization in North America that employs an in-house team of former law enforcement to actively search for missing children. Our approach incorporates frontline investigative and search activities. This active methodology is the foundation of MCSC and distinguishes us from other organizations with similar mandates.

MCSC’s team of former law enforcement work closely with federal and municipal police agencies nationally and internationally while conducting frontline, hands-on investigation and search activities. This active methodology is the foundation of MCSC and distinguishes us from other organizations with similar mandates. All services are provided free of charge.

We support the ongoing search by:

    1. Providing families with ongoing investigative support and advocacy on behalf of the family – no matter how long the investigation has gone unsolved

    2. Working in conjunction with law enforcement to determine the most effective uses for our Search tools (Most Valuable Network, CodeSearch and Marketwire)

    3. Providing a 24-hour confidential tipline on existing MCSC cases as well as any other ongoing investigation into the disappearance of a child

    4. Providing ground search support through partnerships with accredited organizations such as the Canadian Search Dog association

    5. Securing rewards or enhancing existing rewards offered by agencies outside of MCSC
